1. Order Changes or Cancellations

Did you make a mistake in your order (address, color, missing item, etc.)?

You have up to 1 hour after confirming your order to request a cancellation.

No changes can be made to your order after purchase. We therefore encourage you to carefully review your cart and order details before finalizing your order.

After the one-hour window has passed, or if the order has already been processed or shipped, no cancellations will be accepted.


2. Cancellation not possible once the order has been processed

An order can no longer be canceled once it has been processed by our team. Once this step is completed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to stop or cancel the shipment.

If you no longer wish to keep the products once received, you may submit a request through our returns and exchanges portal.


3. Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed timeframe

If you cancel an order within 1 hour via our portal (and before it has been processed), a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Bank processing times: Most financial institutions process refunds within 5 to 10 business days, but this may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
